Ascend Advent 2022 Day 12: Becoming Strong in Spirit
The first chapter of Luke is a long one. After Zechariah’s song, which we’ve looked at over the past few days, it ends with these words: “And the child grew and became strong in spirit” (v. 80). It’s talking about John the Baptist, and this verse is a pivot point between the story of his birth and the start of his ministry in Luke 3.
